This policy explains cancellations, reservation deposits and refund requests for private coaching with A Body in Repair. Please review it with your program agreement before enrolling.

General refund policy

Coaching purchases are generally nonrefundable for a change of mind, a decision not to participate or dissatisfaction with progress alone, subject to your enrollment agreement and applicable law. Coaching involves a commitment of professional time, preparation and reserved availability. Specific health outcomes are not guaranteed.

Reservation deposit

We accept only three new coaching clients each month to allow individualized attention. A reservation deposit secures an enrollment place and is applied toward your total program price. When your program agreement specifies a $1,500 nonrefundable reservation deposit, that amount is retained upon voluntary cancellation to the extent permitted by applicable law. The deposit amount and its treatment must be disclosed and accepted before payment. Reserving a place limits our ability to enroll another client during that period.

Participation and cancellation

We encourage clients to communicate concerns and work with their coach on appropriate adjustments. You may discontinue participation by emailing info@abodyinrepair.com. Discontinuing does not automatically create a refund entitlement. Any remaining payment obligations, scheduling rules and access arrangements are governed by your accepted program agreement and applicable law. A discussion or retention call is not required to request cancellation.

Individual review and required remedies

If you believe a refund or exception is warranted, email your name, program and a brief explanation. We review requests individually, including concerns about services not delivered, services materially different from those promised, provider cancellation, duplicate payments and exceptional circumstances. We provide remedies required by law. Any discretionary refund will be confirmed in writing with an itemized breakdown; an exception does not change the general policy.

Approved refunds

Approved refunds are ordinarily issued through the original payment method. Any alternative method will be documented and agreed where appropriate and permitted by the payment provider. Any proposed deduction must have a lawful basis and be consistent with the terms accepted before purchase. An estimated processing fee is not automatically deducted from a refund.

Scope and consumer rights

This policy covers private coaching. Standalone digital products, workshops and other services are governed by their applicable purchase terms. Your accepted program agreement identifies the services and deliverables included. The terms supplied and accepted at purchase govern that purchase; later revisions do not retroactively reduce your rights. Nothing here limits mandatory cancellation or refund rights, payment-provider dispute rights, truthful reviews or complaints.
